What is the return policy?
Exchanges ONLY (No Returns):
Because this is a limited pre-order launch, we are only able to offer exchange for size or defective items at this time.
- Of your scrubs don’t fit, you may exchange them for a different size (while supplies last)
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items MUST BE unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

When will my scrubs arrive?
Orders placed during this pre-order window will ship around 4-6 weeks from pre-order close date. I’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
How to Request an exchange?
- Email us at infoscrubs@beyouscrubs.net with your order number & exchange request.
- Once approved, we’ll provide you with exchange instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We’ll cover the cost of shipping your replacement back to you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
